KUMASI, Ashanti Region — Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, popularly known as COKA, has won the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Ashanti Regional Chairmanship after securing a decisive victory over Dr Henry Kwabena Kokofu in the party’s regional executive elections.

COKA polled 663 votes, while Dr Kokofu obtained 269 votes, giving the winner a commanding 394-vote margin.
